By seamlessly melding the flavors and cooking techniques found throughout Asia, Azie Media creates a menu that allows guests to choose the dining experience they desire. Azie's extensive cross-cultural Asian menu spans many cultures and price points.

Simple, flavorful dishes are served and shared while a full sushi bar provides an assortment of sushi, sashimi and nigiri options. The beverage program revolves around a progressive list of premium sakes, Asian beers, champagnes, wine and a seasonal craft cocktail list.


chef Kazuyuki mitsu

Born and raised in Japan, Executive Kazuyuki Mitsui has nurtured his lifelong love of food and cooking into professional mastery with intense training and mentorship from top Japanese chefs. While living in Japan, he worked for Chef, Miyanaga right hand man for Iron Chef Michiba Rokusaburo, where he rose through the ranks to become Sous Chef. In the United States, Chef Mitsui worked at Morimoto before being recruited to take the helm at Azie. Kaz has brought his own simple style of food to Azie.
